Description

IOP-SHDSL (Inter Operability Point - SHDSL) and IOP-OPTO (Inter Operability Point - OPTO) modules are elements of the HMS JASMINE and BMS JASMINE.

IOP-SHDSL module is dedicated to build the outside posts with use a pair of copper wires and connections between the distant Local Area Networks. It provides for Users a remote access to the resources and network services.

IOP-OPTO module is dedicated to build the outside posts with use optical fibre and connections between the distant Local Area Networks. It provides for Users a remote access to the resources and network services.

IOP modules are ruggedized devices designed to operate in harsh military environments (that meets high military standards e.g. anti-shock, climatic and environmental). They can also operate as a stand-alone solutions and they can work independently.

Main components of the IOP-SHDSL and IOP-OPTO are the following:

• TELDAT management module:
  • Router,
  • Firewall,
  • Gatekeeper H.323;
• Ethernet Switch 10/100/1000 Mbps (with PoE ports - Power over Ethernet);
• SDSL module (IOP-SHDSL);
• Optical modules 1000Base-FX (IOP-OPTO);
• Power supply module with batteries.
