This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, process and use of Users’ data during using the Application.

We place great importance on respecting the rights of application users, particularly their right to privacy.

By installing the Application, the Usar agrees to the terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy.

The Application is designed to work with the SZK C3IS JAŚMIN portal. When using a specific portal, please review its terms and conditions, as provided by the provider of the specific SZK C3IS JAŚMIN service.

If the User does not agree to the following terms, please do not install the Application or uninstall it.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Application means a mobile application “Aplikacja mobilna SZK SZK C3IS JAŚMIN”,the software provided by the Company.

Portal – is the JASMINE Multilevel Crisis Management System (CMS JASMINE), owned by the Company;

Company (also “We”, “Us” or “Our”) means TELDAT Sp. z o.o. sp.k., ul. Cicha 19-27, 85-650 Bydgoszcz, Poland

User means the individual using the functionalities of the Application on the Device.

Device means any device that can access the Application such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.

Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Usage Data means data collected automatically, including statistics, generated by the use of the Application (for example, the duration of the Application usage). Usage Data does not constitute the Personal Data.

Collecting and Using the Application Users’ data

Personal Data

No Personal Data is collected, processed nor used when using the Application.

Usage Data

During the use of the Application statistics on its use may be collected automatically. This data is not personal data and does not allow the identity of the Application user to be identified.

Information collected while using the Application

While using Application, in order to provide features of Application, following information may be collected, with the User’s prior consent:

  • information regarding location
  • pictures and other information from the camera and photo library of the User’s Device.

This information is used by the Application solely for the purpose of providing location functionality, which allows the User to send reports on the location or points/hazards to the Portal.

Neither location information nor pictures are sent, stored or collected by the Application outside of this use.

The Application informs the User about the collection of location data during installation.

The User can enable or disable access to this information at any time via the Device settings.

Links to Other Websites

The Application may contain links to other websites that are not operated by the Company.  Clicking on a third-party link will direct you to their website. We strongly advise reviewing the privacy policy of every website you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Notification of any changes to this Privacy Policy, together with the date of the latest update, will be posted on this page.
