Multilevel Crisis Management System JASMINE (CMS JASMINE) the innovative and extensively operating TELDAT product fits perfectly into the current market needs. This solution provides comprehensive support for public administration and the activities of the Polish Armed Forces during rescue operations, crisis and preventive actions. This system facilitates comprehensive support of all structures participating in these projects. Planning, managing, commanding as well as ongoing monitoring and digital imaging of military and non-military threats at many levels are possible with this solution. CMS JASMINE and its capabilities were also implemented, presented and used in 2023 in numerous projects related to the discussed area of activity, such us: exercises, workshops, laboratories, congresses, conferences and exhibitions. The last of them were: training laboratories indicated below, Darłowo Security Forum, Congress of Civil Protection and Civil Defense (IMMUNITY), Heritage Security Congress (KOBED), bITconf conference, Warsaw Security Forum, celebration of the 8th Kuyavian-Pomeranian Territorial Defense Brigade and the 16th Pomeranian Mechanized Division, planning conference at the 9th Łódź Territorial Defense Brigade as well as numerous workshops conducted, among others, for representatives of the Territorial Defense Forces Command, the 1st Warsaw Armored Brigade of Tadeusz Kościuszko, the Safety and Crisis Management Department in Bydgoszcz, for the Marshal's Office and district Crisis Management Centers of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, as well as the Faculty of Political Science and Security of the Nicolaus Copernicus University.
In many of the above CMS JASMINE system were and still are presented, used and intensively developed by TELDAT in the WEB version, which has recently made a breakthrough by implementing numerous new technologies, important functionalities and gaining free access to lots of data essential from the crisis management point of view etc. In the above version, this solution can be powered by, among others: with any map background and information obtained in real time regarding, e.g. meteorological or hydrological ones or positioning of ships and aircrafts movement. It also enables access to data from publicly available sources of spatial information, based on the EU Directive INSPIRE regarding e.g.: flood risk areas, location of health care facilities, protective structures, hydrants, police stations and fire brigades.
The current demand for operators / specialists in the field of crisis management has also been noticed by military and civilian universities, which have been introducing courses in the field of the above-mentioned scope of interest to their faculties for several years, especially after the recent significant threats regarding military ones and those related to illegal migration that have occurred. Therefore, in 2023, further professional training and crisis management laboratories equipped with the CMS JASMINE were established, in cooperation with TELDAT, at: the Naval Academy in Gdynia, the University College of Applied Sciences in Chełm, the University College of Applied Sciences in Mława and the Lusatian Higher School in Żary (which is selectively illustrated below). This process was initiated and carried out by relevant institutions and universities and preceded by appropriate tender procedures conducted by these entities, in which CMS JASMINE, as a result of objective assessments, was selected as the best solution that meets the requirements for this type.
There are currently 7 laboratories of this type in Poland. They have trained over 1,000 specialists, including instructors and operators in crisis management, which is a great asset in this field.
