Our company provides continuous, remote maintenance and supervision of wide area computer systems via JASMINE Data Communications Resources Management System. This tool is entirely developed and implemented by our engineers. It allows current monitoring of supervised network (including execution and failure reporting for fast detection and repair) as well as remote management of all active devices, especially those produced by TELDAT.

These tasks are performed in our Company by the Monitoring & Maintenance of Systems Position, which is a part of the Implementation & Maintenance Systems Department structure. In addition the professional advices and technical support for administrators and users of systems and devices are provided by above mentioned position.
